Polymer Handling
Our polymer material handling operations are designed to provide cost-effective solutions to manufacturers, importers, suppliers and resin compounders. We offer a range of integrated services including bulk packaging, repackaging, transloading, mixing and blending, warehousing and transportation management. ASW's polymer handling abilities includes:
- Daily rail road switches
- Packaging stations with a 130 million pounds per year capacity
- Products can be packed or repacked into octabins, super sacks, gaylords, valve bags, returnable containers, totes and drums
- Operations can accommodate loads shipped by bulk hopper car, bulk trucks and containers
- Ability to move product from bulk hopper car to bulk hopper truck
- 115 railcar capacity
