ASW Global, LLC is pleased to announce, effective June 1, 2026, that it has acquired North Coast Logistics, LLC. North Coast Logistics, headquartered in Brook Park, OH, was founded in 1992 and has significant experience in distribution supply chain management. The acquisition will broaden ASW’s footprint both geographically and in service capabilities. North Coast Logistics will continue as a separate legal entity.
