ASW operates distribution centers in Ohio and business offices in Ohio and Atlanta, GA. Our shared service environment, located in Akron and Mogadore, OH occupies 600,000 square feet of warehousing and distribution space dedicated to a diverse group of global clients. This facility is located within Foreign Trade Zone #181 and is regulated by Homeland Security. ASW's dedicated associates deliver a full range of solutions to our client base, which is national and international in scope due to our designation as an FTZ.

History

In 1983 the Akron Storage and Warehouse (later known as ASW Services) was founded to satisfy Northeast Ohio's warehousing and distribution needs. In January of 2007, the company merged with Cleveland-based Global Promotions & Incentives to become ASW Global, under the leadership of President and CEO André Thornton.
