In 1983 ASW Services was founded to satisfy the needs of Northeast Ohio's warehousing and distribution needs. In January of 2007 and under the leadership of President and CEO, André Thornton, ASW Services and Global Promotions & Incentives, a promotional products specialist founded in 1996 merged to form ASW Global, LLC.

As a leading 3PL provider with experience in operating over 2.5 million square feet of dedicated and flexible warehouse space in North America, ASW Global is currently one of the largest minority-owned businesses in Ohio as well as one of the largest MBEs in supply chain management.

ASW Global operates distribution centers in Ohio and business offices in Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; and Cleveland, OH. Our shared service environment occupies 500,000 square feet of warehousing and distribution space dedicated to a diverse group of global clients. In addition, the aforementioned facility is located within Foreign Trade Zone #181 and is regulated by Homeland Security.

ASW Global employs dedicated associates who deliver a full range of solutions to our clients. We service a client base that is national and international in scope due to our designation as a foreign trade zone. ASW Global caters to an international client base that is primarily located around the Pacific Rim with a heavy concentration of clients shipping out of China. In addition, we also have clients throughout Europe in France, Germany, Finland, and Italy.
