The holidays can be a stressful time for individuals and families who are food insecure. That is why our associates established and participate in an annual food drive close to Thanksgiving. This November our Akron- and Geneva-area associates collected and donated over 340 pounds of food to the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank and the Geneva Foodbank, respectively. This amount of food provided over 350 meals to community residents. While $22 was collected directly, associates wishing to donate money instead of food were encouraged to give directly to their local foodbank.
