Company Will Host Pop Up PantryFood distribution will occur the fourth Saturday of each month
ASW Global has partnered with the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank to host a mobile pop-up pantry on the fourth Saturday of every month in order to serve Ohioans facing hunger.
The Foodbank’s mobile, pop-up pantry will come to ASW headquarters in Mogadore. The first grocery distribution will take place on Saturday, June 25 from 10 a.m. to noon. Community members should arrive at 3325 Gilchrist Road and follow the signage, which will direct them where to proceed.
The mobile food bank is not limited to Summit County residents. Any community member in need of groceries can attend the drive-thru food distribution. The Foodbank will provide a variety of shelf-stable pantry items and fresh produce to distribute to families in need. ASW Global associates will serve as volunteers.
Executive Administrative Assistant Angelia Leggett, Director of Quality & Compliance Jonathan Thornton, and HR Specialist Nicole Stephens were instrumental in working with CEO André Thornton and Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank representatives to bring the pop-up pantry to ASW.

We are excited to begin our partnership with the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank’s pop-up pantry to assist in providing nutrition to families in our surrounding community that we couldn’t reach on our own,” said Angelia Leggett, Executive Administrative Assistant at ASW Global.
